Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Bill 316, reports as follows:
Bill 316, transmitted via Communication No. 991 transmitted by Director of Public Works
Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 991, dated October 25, 2010, requests amending the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2
(Moving Vehicles), Section 24-264, Schedule 12 (Stop intersections), paragraph (b)North Hilo
be amended with the addition of two new items: (j Ochiro Camp Road, Approach to Papa`aloa
Road and, () Spencer Road, Approach to Manowaiopae Homestead Road.
There were no testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 316, and recommends passage at first reading.
