Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Bill 317, reports as follows:
Bill 317, transmitted via Communication No. 992 transmitted by Director of Public Works
Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 992, dated October 25, 2010, requests amending the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Chapter 24, Article 8, Division 1
(Parking Regulations), Section 24-190, (Picking up or discharging passengers), paragraph (a),
subparagraph(3) be amended by revision.
There were no testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 317, and recommends passage at first reading.
