Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Bill 318, reports as follows:
Bill 318, transmitted via Communication No. 993 transmitted by Director of Public Works
Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 993, dated October 25, 2010, requests amending the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2
(Moving Vehicles), Section 24-264, (Stop intersections), paragraph (g), subparagraph (3) be
amended with the addtions of one item: (J Momona Road, Approach to Huina Road.
There were no testifiers and no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 318, and recommends passage at first reading.
