Re: Bill 301, Draft 2, as Approved at the November 17, 2010 Council meeting
Please find attached Bill 301, Draft 2. Bill 301 was amended by the contents of Communication
No. 944.2, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on November 17, 2010.
Bill 301 passed second and final reading at the November 4, 2010, meeting of the Council. It was
brought back for reconsideration for the sole purpose of correcting clerical and formatting errors.
The council, after approving amendments contained in Communication No. 944.2, passed Bill 301,
Draft 2, on second and final reading.
