I am opposed to privatizing any Hawaii county road. Particularly I am opposed to
privatizing the dirt portion of the county Kamaoa Road that is west of South Point Road
that is also known as "Old Government Road ".
The unlawful gate and its gate posts on that county public road should be removed as
soon as possible by the applicable Hawaii county department.
I am a registered district 6 voter.
Because I have an intestinal flu I can personally attend neither today's site visit nor the
public hearing but this is my written testimony.
