Thank you for the opportunity to address you this morning. I have been a long time
resident of Puna and was a teacher and administrator at Pahoa High and Intermediate
school for 12 years. I currently own a home in Kapoho.
I have reviewed the Puna CDP and the recommended amendments to the CDP and I am
in support of adopting the amendments to the Puna CDP as they clarify and remove some
redundancy of functions in the original document.
