Public works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee;
I am writing you regarding Resolution 47 -07 , a dedicable water delivery system for Kona Ocean View Properties.
I have owned property and lived in KOVP since the late 1970's and have been part of the efforts to bring a
dedicable water delivery system to this subdivision. I am very much in favor of this resolution and have great
hope that with this latest combined effort we here in KOVP will finally enjoy the increased health and safety that
a dedicable county standard water delivery system will bring us.
