Subject: support for Kona Ocean View water system.

My wife and I are the owners of the house on lot 73 -1050 Puukala Road. I have read the Manager's
Report and am convinced that what it proposes is in the best interests of Kona Ocean View Properties.
We have waited nearly twenty years for a real water system, and some owners have waited even longer.
Getting water to the subdivision is, as stated in the report, a matter both of public health and safety, and
is long overdue. The cost is reasonable, and the benefits to the subdivision will be significant.
We wholeheartedly support this work, hope that it can finally get underway, and thank you for efforts.
