To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regards to Comm.989. My name is Nina Emmerling, I am the owner of and live at 72 -1055
Puukala Road, Lot #55, Kona Oceanview Subdivision. I have lived here since 1987 and I am very
much in favor of the water project that is being proposed. I have seen first hand neighbors get sick from
Guardia from water catchment tank systems and damage to overland water lines, all of which are dangerous
and unhealthy. Also, being that we live on a one exit road, fires here could be deadly due to lack of a proper
water system. I have been supportive of getting a water system here since it's inception in 1991. Please allow
us to join not just the 21st. century, but the late 20th century.
I am sorry I will not be able to attend Tuesday Nov.16, 2010 meeting due to personal reasons, but I will be at
the Wednesday Nov.17, 2010 meeting at the Old Airport Pavillion.
