Subject: Testimony TMK(s) (3)7 -5- 017:040 and 041 1 ;
There are a great number of people in adjoining subdivisions
such as The Heights At Hualalai and Sugarcane Lane that provided
testimony at the planning commission hearing on this matter, and
which will want to provide testimony to the County Council. They were
unaware and I'm included, and were not provided any notice and many
of us cannot attend. Please schedule another meeting on this in Kona
and please provide adequate advance notice.
