On October 29, 2010 we transmitted a resolution authorizing the payment of funds of a later fiscal
year and of a multi -fiscal year contract for the organic waste diversion and compost operations in
West Hawaii and East Hawai' i. At this time, we are requesting for the resolution, number 41 1 -10,
and its related communication, numbered 997, be withdrawn. Both of these submittals have yet to
be placed on the Finance Committee agenda.
