AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PARKS AND RECREATION:
Discretionary Projects - Geothermal Funds - Council District 5
(110.599.5599.27) $ 184,965
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Transfer from Geothermal Relocation & Community Benefits Fund $ 184,965
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
