I am writing to ask you to pass the EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025 Action Plan Update. I have
been involved with the revisions and think the changes made to the Update since the August 2,
2010 Planning Committee meeting, coupled with the Visionkeepers' pledge to include and
involve real stakeholders in the planning process, are important steps in the right direction for
the Commercial Downtown Hilo district. I believe that the most pressing concerns of owners
and investors have been addressed, and the Update now reflects the sentimentality of some
without proposing to infringe upon the rights of others, who have made real investments in the
area.
Please approve the EnVision Downtown Hilo 2025 Action Plan Update on November 4th. Thank
you.
