Dear sirs,
Please consider, that as you convene, individuals, corporations, municipalities, states and sovereign
nations are going bankrupt across the globe. Trillions of dollars have been injected into the U.S.
economy with little effect. This is not the time to burden the struggling citizens of Hawaii County with
additional and significant debt. Until a clear and effective plan to balance the budget and cover the
existing debt is formalized further burdening the taxpayer should be delayed.
