Please, some thought and reflection here. Are there that many folks on the council who have not taken an econ 101 course or who have not had to work with their own family or business budgets? Why the rush here? If you are going to commit all of us to this debt, please make sure we all know what we are getting. It is the reasonable thing to do. Nebulous promises of a stimulated economy just don't cut it. Struggling young home owners and the oldies but goodies on fixed incomes are the ones who will have to pay for all of this with property tax increases. Stop and take a breath, please. Thank you for the consideration. Aloha, Eleanor Laszlo PO Box 416 Kapaau, Hawaii 96755 Comm. No. 7 2. Z. Ref. To: JL Ref. Date ` I ! 3 0 2010 11/24/2010
