Subject: OPPOSED to Bill 311
As a registered voter in Kona, I am 110% opposed to this bond issue7 the `council.
This is NOT the time to add 4.2 million of annual debt service to the county budget!!
Particularly when there is already expected to be a budget shortfall next year.
Please do NOT further(!!) mortgage our futures for the next 20 years for a year of mostly
un- urgent "improvement" projects, and the small handful of jobs this bond float may
produce.
