The Council previously approved Resolution 8-96 authorizing
the condemnation of the properties set forth in the attached
resolution. However, an erroneous land grant number was used in
the surveyor's description for Parcels 4, 5 and 6, which were
Exhibits "D," "E" and "F" attached to the resolution.
Therefore, we are asking the Council to reauthorize
condemnation of the parcels with the corrected parcel
descriptions.
