Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 225-00, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 225-00, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 694, dated March 9, 2000, increases the time element of Position No. 4084 the Executive
Assistant II 1 /4 time to 2/5 time.
By increasing the time element of Position No. 4084 to 2/5 time, the Executive Assistant II will
have additional hours to be more productive in completing daily tasks.
Funds are available in the Mayor's Regular Salaries and Wages account.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 225-00
and recommends its adoption.
