PUBLIC NOTICE TO BUILD A FLOATING CITY
N. Dakota is the only state in the country with a projected surplus because it's
state owned bank stayed away from Wall Street. This state is not poor it is mismanaged.
We could start our own city and county commercial bank hedging $7 billion
CAFR funds to create $100 billion credit line to finance the construction of a billion
square foot floating city while saving the environment. Let us invest in ourselves.
Our future is in space, however, it appears imperative we first float. A beginning

waves, earthquakes, ice ages, and foreign policy because it is nuclear powered is
3,000,000 times as efficient as coal and nuclear can boil every drop of water indefinitely.

spirit weighs 21 grams. This 21 grams is applicable to Einstein's E =M (mass) C (speed
of light) squared suggesting "consciousness ". We are receiving 15,000 particles of
nuclear radiation every second. Low level radiation induces hormesis, the physiological
response to human growth hormone. To deny nuclear is to deny ourselves.
Success comes from seeing opportunity and then taking it. There is a window of
opportunity before the inevitable. The primary symptom of hypnosis or brainwashing is
the lack of curiosity. We should be better than this. A floating city with unlimited job
opportunity is the way of the future if we are going to be good stewards of the
environment what to speak of ourselves.
These islands were bird sanctuaries, marsh with teaming bug populations. Today
there are less than 10% as many fish as 200 years ago. Bugs feed birds and fish. Our
predecessors dug canals to drain the swamp to rid the bugs and provide solid ground for
humans. Of all species in existence less than 1% are still with us.
Our species' future is unlikely if we do not change. Change is the only universal
constant and that which could, should, but does not change is doomed for failure.
We are not of this world and we are not alone. History channel's interview of
author David Icke said "The world is ruled by reptiles ". There is an inter - dimensional
species that sees to their bloodline keeping control. These banksters by blood -rite have
instigated and financed every major conflict no different from a chicken fight. Have the
chickens figured us out? Are we any different? The evidence is overwhelming. The
solution is in our nuclear autonomy and it can happen if we WAKE UP!
The Hoover Dam is as good an investment ever made, a floating city is by
comparison infinitely better. The highest standard of living is conceivable for everyone.
The county council and mayor's office is the place to start but there MUST be
overwhelming grass roots support to pursue the idea to colonize space as a
Tribe /Ecclesia/The Kingdom. Technology and un- suppressed science renders
government obsolete if allowed the FREEDOM. Nuclear means political independence.

the world." Matt.25:34 Our education is an inheritance.
Survival can be a pleasant e per9nce if we plan for it. We must watch out for
