Dear County Council members:
I am writing to protest the proposed bond issue to fund various construction
projects that are not fully specified. This "mini- stimulus" plan for our own Big
Island goes against all reason. If the gigantic federal "stimulus" failed miserably,
why do you think this one would create more jobs? And it will add to the already
huge county debt and impose a monstrous burden on taxpayers. We the people
have to pay for this. You must vote no on this issue!
