I am a 75 year old retired senior citizen on a fixed income. Where do you think I am going to get the
money to pay the taxes you are going to HAVE TO IMPOSE if you ram through this fiscally
irresponsible bond measure? WE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WILL BE USED FOR but are
supposed to trust the Mayor. This is an issue that the NEXT DULY ELECTED COUNCIL should deal
with. You've already been voted OUT. You're trying to pass this because the Mayor controls you like
puppets and he knows he can't do that to the incoming council members which is why he is pressuring
for this to be done now. IT'S NOT HIS MONEY TO SPEND. IT BELONGS TO THE TAXPAYERS
AND WE'VE HAD ENOUGH WASTE FROM THIS COUNTY.
