Re: Salary Ordinance
Enclosed is a resolution to amend Salary Ordinance No. 10-46. The Office of Housing
and Community Development has requested to reallocate one of its positions. To
effectuate this request, a new class of work must be established in Section 7.02(b) of
Salary Ordinance No. 10-46.
Reallocation of the position from Senior Clerk-Stenographer to Housing Administrative
Assistant is necessary to insure that the position class is appropriate for the duties
performed. Duties include administrative, technical, and clerical support and assistance,
support for agency meetings and hearings, and general supervision of the clerical staff.
The resolution will:
• Add the Housing Administrative Assistant, SR-13 (BU-03), class.
• Renumber all subsequent classes of work.
