Regarding the Hawaii County Police Department Gated Communities Policy
Change
I request a discussion among the Council, Corporation Counsel, and the Hawaii County Police
Chief on the subject of the change in the Hawaii County Police Department's policy regarding
security codes and keys to access gated communities.
I request this matter be placed on the Council agenda in Executive Session for January 20, 2011.
