Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 21 -11, Communication No. 36,
reports as follows:
Resolution No. 21 -11, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford via Communication
No. 36, dated December 16, 2010, to amend Salary Ordinance No. 10 -46, Section 7.02(B), by
adding the Housing Administrative Assistant Class of Work.
The Office of Housing and Community Development has requested reallocation of the position
from Senior Clerk- Stenographer to Housing Administrative Assistant is necessary to insure that
the position class is appropriate for the duties performed. Duties include administrative,
technical, and clerical support and assistance, support for agency meetings and hearings, and
general supervision of the clerical staff.
The resolution will:
• Add the Housing Administrative Assistant, SR -13 (BU -03), class
• Renumber all subsequent classes of work.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution 21 -11, and
recommends its adoption.
