The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 3302.22 Federal Grant -Rebuild America General $8,000 <br /> To: <br /> 010-161-5162.95-341 Rebuild America General $8,000 <br /> The Department of Research and Development's Energy Coordinator will be expending these <br /> funds to participate in on-going meetings of the Rebuild Hawaii Consortium, an organization <br /> devoted to upgrading the energy efficiency of buildings in the State of Hawaii through effective <br /> collaboration by participating agencies and business concerns.
