(Bill 291) HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A
(Draft 2) NEW DIVISION RELATING TO TSUNAMI SIRENS (adds to Article 4 a new division
relating to installation of tsunami warning sirens for certain applications for plan approval)

ENCLOSURES REGARDING BILL 291, DRAFT 2 (includes Planning Director's
background and recommendation report, hearing transcripts, and the Planning
Commissions' negative recommendation)
