As expressed in Mayor Billy Kenoi's State of County <br />address in both Hilo and Kona last week, the administration welcomes any suggestions <br />and recommendations made by any Council member concerning various proposals to <br />seek cost savings in order to balance the County's budget. <br />All proposals should be "on the table" for consideration, and mileage and gas <br />policies as contemplated in Resolution 31 -11 are already under consideration by the <br />administration.
