SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT:
MANA PLACE -MANA ROAD INTERSECTION – STOP INTERSECTION
We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, article 10, division 2 (Moving
Vehicles), section 24 -264, schedule 12 (Stop intersections), subsection (e) Kohala be
amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows
(—) MANA PLACE, APPROACH TO MANA ROAD.
This amendment is necessary to update the Hawaii County Code to reflect
existing conditions.
A location map is attached for your reference.
