Adding a New Section pertaining to Fund Balance.
Please find attached a bill for an ordinance to amend chapter 2 of the Hawaii County
Code by adding a new section regarding the reporting of the fund balance to the council.
Please place this matter on the appropriate committee agenda for the next available
meeting of the Council's committees.
