Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Comm. No. 49
(Res. No. 26 -11), reports as follows:
Resolution 26 -11, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Council Gerald Takase, via
Communication No. 49, dated December 27, 2010, requests the acceptance of the dedication of
Road Lot 26 of the Kohanaiki Business Park, Phase II, TMK: (3) 7 -3- 058:051, situate at
Kohanaiki, District of North Kona, County and State of Hawaii, from Kona Business Park
Phase II LLC, for road and drainage purposes.
Councilmember Pilago spoke in support of this resolution and commented that this measure will
help with drainage improvements in his district.
There was no further discussion and no public testifiers.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution 26 -11, and recommends its adoption.
