dated March 22, 2000, amends Ordinance No. 99-70, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30.2000. The amendment is as follows:

These funds were not included in prior years' appropriations.
Originally heard on April 4, 2000, this bill was deferred at the Mass Transit Agency's request
because of scheduling conflicts.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 235, and
recommends it pass first reading.
