In order to comply with Section 10 -4 of the Hawaii County Charter 2010, I request that a
discussion item be added to the March 2 council agenda to establish a public hearing for the
2011 Operating and Capital Budgets. The addition of this agenda item will be to request that
public hearing and disclose the following information:
