Comm. 925.2: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 (ZONING), ARTICLE 4, OF THE
(Bill 291) HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A
(Draft 2) NEW DIVISION RELATING TO TSUNAMI SIRENS
From Councilmember Pete Hoffmann, dated September 8, 2010, transmitting the above
bill. Adds to Article 4 a new division relating to installation of tsunami warning sirens for
certain applications for plan approval.
