(Bill 19) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated January 19, 2011, transmitting the above
bill. The bill adds Kino`ole Street, northeast side, beginning from a point 235 feet
southeast of Haili Street and extending 63 feet in the southeasterly direction from 5:00 a.m.
to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24 -288,
schedule 36 (freight loading zones), subsection (c) South Hilo.

Comm. 75: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE
(Bill 20) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated January 19, 2011, transmitting the above
bill. The bill deletes the word "curb," changes "between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m." to "between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m." and adds "unless otherwise
described in schedule 36, section 24- 288," in Chapter 24, article 8, division 3, section 24-
210, (hours of freight loading zones; schedule), subsection (a).
Comm. 76: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE
(Bill 21) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated January 19, 2011, transmitting the above
bill. The bill changes the word "makai" to "northeast" and "mauka" to "southwest;" and
adds "except for freight loading zone, beginning from a point 235 feet southeast of Haili
Street and extending 63 feet in the southeasterly direction from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, as set forth in section 24 -288, schedule 36, freight loading zones;"
in Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24 -284, schedule 32 (two hour parking areas),
subsection (c) (South Hilo), paragraph 16.
Comm. 77: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE
(Bill 22) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC

bill. The bill adds Holomua Street, east side, from Wiwoole Street and extending 113 feet
in the southerly direction, to Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24 -280 (no parking
at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo.

(Bill 23) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC

bill. The bill adds Mana Place, approach to Mana Road, to Chapter 24, article 10, division
2, section 24 -264, schedule 12 (Stop intersections), subsection (e) Kohala.

(Bill 24) 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated January 19, 2011, transmitting the above
bill. The bill adds Kapehu Road, approach to Kapehu Homestead Road, to Chapter 24,
article 10, division 2, section 24 -264, schedule 12 (Stop intersections), subsection (b)
North Hilo.
