RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 34 -11, Draft 2; Authorizing the Payment of Funds of a Later
Fiscal Year and of a Multi - Fiscal Year Agreement for Furnishing and Implementing
Organic Waste Diversion Sites and Compost Operations in West Hawaii and East
Hawaii for the Department of Environmental Management
Attached please find Resolution No. 34 -11, Draft 2, which incorporates the amendments contained in
Communication No. 86. 1, as well as verbal amendments, as both duly approved at the February 15,
2011, Committee on Finance meeting.
The verbal amendment to those amendments provided in Communication No. 86.1 added the
following to the end of the 14 WHEREAS clause ", subject to review by the County Council."
