Ham' County Housing Agency
RE: Forwarding of a bill for an ordinance amending the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended),
Chapter 11, relating to the County of Hawaii
affordable housing policy.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
the above - listed bill and amendment to an ordinance to the
Hawaii County Housing Agency and received approval on February
15, 2010. The votes for the Ordinance are as follows:
AYES: F. Blas, B. Ford, D. Ikeda, A. Pilago, B. Smart,
D. Yagong, P. Hoffmann -- 7
NOES: None.
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: D. Onishi, J Yoshimoto --2
Accordingly, I am requesting that the bill amendment be included
on the Council agenda for action at its March 2, 2011 meeting.
