RE: A Resolution Proposing the Establishment of a Water System Improvement District for
the Kona Ocean View Properties Subdivision
The attached resolution and supporting enclosures (Exhibits A and B) request consideration for
creation of a Water Improvement District for this North Kona subdivision of homes.
I request this resolution be placed on the appropriate committee agenda for March 1, 2011.
