Crawford, dated February 7, 2011, submitting the qualifying <br />applications from nonprofit organizations pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 25, Hawaii County <br />Code, for the Council's review and appropriation of funds for inclusion in the Operating <br />Budget for Fiscal Year 2011 -2012. Sixty (60) organizations have submitted applications <br />for 92 programs, totaling $3,227,650.92.
