ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 -60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10 -60, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Kapi'olani Street Extension (Mohouli Street to Lanikaula Street)
(110.399.5395.79) [$600,000] $ 8,700,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and /or other Sources
$ 8,100,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
