On February 28, 2011 Warren Lee, Director of the Department of Public Works, submitted a request to have Bill No. 269, Draft 2 referred back to the Committee on Public Works and Parks & Recreation. I am placing Bill No. 269, Draft 2 on the March 16, 2011 Hawaii County Council Agenda to consider Director Lee's request to have Bill No. 269, Draft 2 recommitted to the Council's Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation.
