Shinto--TMKs (319-2-67:071 & 072 You asked for additional information regarding the above parcels. Enclosed for your inspection are copies of maps for the subject lots, along with photographs taken of the subject properties. An inspection of the properties was conducted and as you can see from the photographs, they are vacant land. While there are electrical lines to the properties, there is no electrical hookup at this point in time as Mr. Shinto withdrew from the electrical payment plan. Road maintenance fees were $136.00 for 1996 and as of 1997 they are currently $95.00 a year. If the County is unwilling to accept the parcels, we will correspond with Mr. Shinto and may recommend that it be sold through the tax sale. Sincerely, RICHARD D.
