The proposed Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 reflects a savings of approximately $40,000 which would result from this legislation. The purpose of the bill is to provide the ability for emergency personnel to ticket or tow-away vehicles parked in disaster areas which impede emergency functions.
