Pursuant to the Ruler of Procedure and Organitiation of the Council of the County of Hawai `i, Rule 2.2 Special
Meetings, I am scheduling a Special Meeting of the Hawaii County Council for March 28, 2011 at
8:00 a.m. for the Council to consider Resolution No. 48 -11, which supports Mayor Kenoi in his
efforts to obtain State and Federal disaster relief funding for the March 11, 2011 tsunami; and to
discuss and take action on Communication No. 131.2, which requests the dissolution of the Budget
Ad Hoc Committee that was approved in Communication No. 83 by the Committee on Finance.
