Kenoi, dated March 1, 2011, transmitting for consideration the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and appropriations of $366,076,328, and is $37,076,328, or 9.2 percent less than the budget in effect in December 2008. Kenoi, dated March 1, 2011, transmitting for consideration the proposed Capital Improvements Project Budget for FY 2011- 2012, and the Capital Improvements Program for the next six years from FY 2011 -12 to 2016 -17, consisting of 45 projects requiring a total appropriation of $177,085,000. $168,980,000 of the total appropriation is intended to be funded in whole or in part by bonds. $5,715,000 is intended to be funded by State Revolving Fund Loans. $1,140,000 is intended to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable. $1,250,000 is intended to be funded by fair share contributions.
