RELATING TO THE FORMATION OF A BUDGET AD HOC COMMITTEE
From Chairperson Dominic Yagong, dated March 10, 2011, requesting an executive
session be held relating to the formation of a budget ad hoc committee (reference
Communication 83), which was approved by the Council's Committee on Finance on
February 15, 2011.
CONCURRED WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF CORPORATION COUNSEL:
AYES: Council Members Blas, Ford, Hoffmann, Pilago, Smart,
Yoshimoto, and Chair Yagong — 7.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Members Ikeda and Onishi — 2.
EXCUSED: None.
The Council anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matters, pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), for the
purpose of consulting with Council's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92 -4 and Rule 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the County
Council is necessary to hold an executive meeting.
