Beaudet to the Hawai'i County Leeward Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Earlier correspondence indicated that Mr. Beaudet would be eligible for reappointment <br /> for an additional three years (expiring on December 31, 2014). However, since <br /> Mr. Beaudet's initial term was not longer than two years, he is eligible to succeed <br /> himself for an additional full term of five years, beginning on the expiration date of his <br /> current term (April 1, 2011). Thus, the term of his reappointment will expire on <br /> April 1, 2016, rather than December 31, 2014. <br /> 1 apologize for the confusion.
