Dear Chairman Yagong and Council Members:
This letter is to amend previous correspondence dated February 24, 2011, regarding
the nomination of Mr. Brandi K. Beaudet to the Hawai'i County Leeward Planning
Commission.
Earlier correspondence indicated that Mr. Beaudet would be eligible for reappointment
for an additional three years (expiring on December 31, 2014). However, since
Mr. Beaudet's initial term was not longer than two years, he is eligible to succeed
himself for an additional full term of five years, beginning on the expiration date of his
current term (April 1, 2011). Thus, the term of his reappointment will expire on
April 1, 2016, rather than December 31, 2014.
