On March 1 4, 2011, a privileged communication was received from Corporation Counsel Lincoln
zlshida regarding a potential conflict in the representation of the Council on certain issues.
I am requesting an executive session be com; ened at the April 6, 2011 Hawaii County Council
meeting pursuant to FIRS section 92(x)(4) to consult with our attorney on questions and issues
pertaining to the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
