Comm. 138: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROAD LOTS A AND B, BEING
(Res. 47 -11) A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3)6 -4- 017:040, SITUATE AT PU`UKAPU
HOMESTEADS, SECOND SERIES, WAIMEA, DISTRICT OF SOUTH KOHALA,
COUNTY AND STATE OF HAWAII, FROM ALAN Z. INABA, GORDON INABA,
JASON K. INABA, AND MELVIN K. INABA
From Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine A. Garson, dated March 15, 2011,
transmitting the above resolution. Approval letters from the Department of Water Supply,
Planning, and Environmental Management are attached stating all road improvements have
been completed according to County standards.
