Pursuant to §92-41, Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS"), notice is hereby given that a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the County of Hawaii on the "Motion to Reconsider" relating to
Communication 972.5 (requests the reconsideration of Bill 311 relating to the issuance of general obligation
bonds). The merits of Bill 311 will not be discussed.
Date: April 5, 2011 (Tuesday)
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Place: Council Room, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor,
Room 1401, Hilo
All persons desiring to express their views on the above matter may do so orally at the hearing and must
register with the County Clerk's staff. Those submitting written testimony at the hearing should bring 14
copies for distribution. Public testimony may also be submitted before 12:00 noon on the business day
prior to the hearing: (1) by mail to the County Clerk's Office in Hilo at 25 Aupuni St., Hilo, Hawaii,
96720; (2) by facsimile to (808) 961-8912; or (3) by e-mail to counciltestimonyna co.hawaii.hi.us.
The meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities. Persons who need special accommodations
for this hearing should call by March 31, 2011. Relay users please call (711)(961-8255) to contact our

If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the video connection cannot be made and/or is
disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue.
